
Potentially. At the end of your original questionnaire you would have received an optional request to retain your data in the event of being screened by Accurate at a later date. If you agreed to Accurate securely storing your data you will be able to reuse your previous login credentials and ‘top up’ your screening to meet your new requirements. If you did not agree, your data would have been purged and you will be required to restart your questionnaire from scratch.
To access your original questionnaire simply login using the email address you registered with originally and re-enter the password. In the event you are unable to recall your login details you can refer to the original email instructions received from your former employer. Alternatively, if you have not retained the email or have forgotten your password please select ‘forgotten password’ on the login page. It is important to note screening requirements vary from employer to employer, so the data you will be requested to provide is likely to differ from the information provided previously. The new questionnaire will only pull through data relevant for your new role.
